Der Mindestpreis für die Wohnung beträgt 75,- Tag/ Übernachtung
Individueller Preis für Langzeitmieter (ab 3 Monate), bitte Preis anfragen
Inkl. Gründliche Wohnungsreinigung sowie
Bettwäsche- u. Handtuchwechsel alle 2 Wochen
Die Wohnung ist von den Mietern generell selbst ordentlich zu halten.
* Wochenenden u. Feiertage zwischen der Mietzeit werden generell mitberechnet. Eventuelle Leerzeiten bedingt durch Organisation des Mieters kann nicht berücksichtigt bzw. verrechnet werden.
Die zu hinterlegende Kaution beträgt bei Buchung bis max. 2 Wochen 200,- €.
Mehr als 2 Wochen 300,- €.
Wir berechnen eine Buchungspauschale in Höhe der jeweiligen Kaution als Reservierungsbestätigung. Erst mit dieser Zahlung ist die Buchung abgeschlossen.
Von jedem Monteurteam ist für die Mietzeit mindestens eine rechtlich verantwortliche Person zu benennen. Diese Person (en) wird rechtsgültig in den Mietvertrag eingetragen u. hat diesen zu unterschreiben.
Mietzahlungen sind spätestens bis Mietbeginn zu zahlen. Erfolgt die Zahlung erst am Tag des Mietbeginns, ist diese in Bar zu zahlen.
Im weiteren Verlauf sind Mietzahlungen immer im Voraus bis spätestens zum 01. des Folgemonats zu zahlen (Zahlungseingang).
Nicht Fristgerechte Zahlungen können zur sofortigen Mietkündigung führen.

The apartment is generally to be kept clean by the tenants themselves. Cleaning service on request for an extra charge

The deposit to be paid is for bookings up to max. 2 weeks 200,- €. More than 2 weeks 300,- €.
We charge a flat-rate booking fee in the amount of the respective deposit as confirmation of reservation. Only with this payment is the booking completed.
Rental payments must be paid by the start of the rental period at the latest. If payment is not made until the day of commencement of the rental, it must be paid in cash. In the further process, rent payments must always be paid in advance by the 1st of the following month at the latest (receipt of payment). Failure to make timely payments may result in immediate termination of the lease.
At least one legally responsible person must be appointed by each team of fitters for the rental period. This person(s) is (are) legally registered in the rental contract and must sign it.
